Since our establishment in 1996, JUBAO has accumulated over 30 years of deep-rooted expertise in aluminum and zinc alloy die casting. In 2009, to accommodate our expanding production scale, we relocated to our current facility in Houli, Taichung, dedicated to delivering premium-quality die casting manufacturing services.

In recent years, we have achieved continuous breakthroughs in strict porosity requirements and yield rate control. By optimizing mold structures, enhancing venting systems, and standardizing process parameter management, we effectively elevate product stability and have established a high-yield mass production system.

Our current machinery tonnage ranges from 125T to 650T, capable of covering diverse die casting requirements of different sizes and weights. Certified under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, we have established standardized operating procedures (SOP) and fully traceable production records.
